We let our Dads, Moms, Wives, Husbands, Grandparents, cousins, neighbors, friends, gumbas, paisanos, sons & daughters do the talking in the BALLOT Box.

We came out with the Highest Turnout in PA primary history. Higher than even Governor Rendell's historic run or even Dad Casey's run.

We Catholics gave a resounding LANDSLIDE 70% vote for Madame Hillary Clinton.

We "bitter" working class folks gave a LANDSLIDE  2 to 1 victory for Madame Clinton tonight.

And Yes, even our Jewish-American brothers & sisters of PA gave Madame Clinton a landslide 2 to 1 victory tonight among Jewish voters.

Yes Sir Obama, we bitter, gun loving , working class democrats are the SAME PEOPLE that buried you in Ohio, Texas, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida and New York.

And yes Sir, we will do it AGAIN just for you in Indiana, West Virginia, & Kentucky.

And if you still CANNOT RESPECT us &  REACH OUT to us "bitter" working class people, We will send you another Big Message in the BALLOT BOX in November through John McCain.

We White Reagan Democrats delivered PA,NJ,OH,MO,CA,FL,AR,OK,TN to the Republican Party in 1988 & help deliver a landslide defeat of Dukakis.

A 20 year anniversary may be a fitting gift in 2008.

You Got Enough problems with Latino & Asian voters. The last thing you want is cross swords with us bitter poor white people.

I noticed at least two diaries doing the "LOL" in addressing the brilliant comment by Senator Barack Obama on us working class "bitter" white people.

Do I sense a nervous Laugh ????

I am a White Male Union member. A Proud product of an Irish/Italian working class household. Never completed my college degree but has managed to have a relatively succesful life. Thanks to the opportunities available to us courtesy of this great nation.

I live in South Jersey, 25 miles out of Philly, PA.

Every single Obama fan here can brush this off. They can dismiss it as "no big deal".

But make no mistake about, this is & will be a Big Deal in November.

And make no mistake about, Faux news did not create this one. This is All Barack Obama. From start to finish. Republicans can & should latch on to this. Why, because it is a big deal. It is offensive & they should call the honorable Obama on this.

This comment reminds democrats ( who are not under the Obama spell) of John Kerry all over again.

I could not help notice an "LOL"  comment by BCDEM on the other diary. BCDEM, You are an African-American person. Would you find this funny if Hillary Clinton dismissed the " Complaints of poor black people as mere bitterness because of their economic conditions & past slavery" ???

I wonder if the liberal elite college educated Jewish-Americans heavily represented in MYDD would find it "funny" if Senator Obama directed his "offensive" comments against Jewish americans. Would you simply brush it off my jewish brothers?

The Media & the Entire Liberal Democratic establishment in November will look back to April 10, 2008 as the "KEY" comment that "Severely Damaged" Any Hope of Obama winning the LARGE NUMBERS of WHITE WORKING CLASS REAGAN DEMOCRATS that he DESPERATELY NEEDS in November.

As Ralph Maratto,Christopher Dolan,& John Esposito, three veteran union PA leaders( & "white bitter working class men")  Predicted on Air America yesterday- Millions of working class whites will bury the Obama campaign in November. It would be the biggest crossover of democratic white voters since 1984.

As we all observe the events in PA & some of its very similar patterns to OH & TX, I'd like to point out a VERY VALUABLE point made by anaylst Bill Schneider on TV. It could prove to be a sneak preview of what to expect in November.

I will try & quote what he said ( by watching my DVR & writing this down)

But let me first give you what exactly is the similar pattern that is emerging here in PA. ( just like OH & TX)

In fact, the outcome in PA may end up being the same outcome as OH & TX. ( Schneider actually goes even further & mentions NJ,MA,CA)

What's the similarity?  Obama comes into another Key Large Electoral College state trailing both Clinton & even McCain.The state's demographics clearly do not favor him against Clinton or McCain.

So the Obama camp does what it did in OH & TX ( and NJ,MA,CA ).

Thanks to a Huge Financial Advantage, he OUTSPENDS Hillary Clinton by 4 to 1 in PA . The same massive ratios that he spent against Clinton in OH & TX. Similar to the almost 3 to 1 that he used against her in NJ,MA & CA just to keep the race closer that it would have been)

For the record, Obama is spending $ 2.2 Million every single week in PA for the last four weeks. Its a RECORD BREAKING feat. Clinton's is averaging $600K per week.

No other Presidential & candidate for Governor has ever spent that kind of money. Gov. Rendel held the previous record of roughly $800,000 per week. Almost 3 times less than Obama.

Casey & Santorum don't even come anywhere near Obama.

For every one Clinton TV ad, about Five Obama ads appear on major parts of PA.

For every Clinton radio 30 sec spot, six Obama radio spots match that.

And people here are wondering how Obama has managed to close the gap?

The PROBLEM with Obama is COMING in 2nd place by Closing the gap WORKS in the dysfunctional Democratic Primary Delegate counts.

But come the General Election & its winner take all system, he will find himself in a possible nightmare in All these BIG, Electoral Rich states that are home to Millions upon Millions of White Reagan Democrats & more conservative leaning independents.

As Schneider points out, Obama outspent Clinton massively in all these Key electoral states. But he practically LOST every single one of them & came in 2nd . OH,TX,CA,MA,NJ. And PA will probably look the same on April 22nd.

Schneider points out that Giants MI & FL would have probably looked the same if people were allowed to vote.

The problem with all this is- If you are outspending your opponent by 4 to 1, 3 to 1, and relying heavily on a large percentage of African-Americans, then you are in BIG TROUBLE in he General election. As Schneider points out, Obama WILL NOT outspend the GOP by 4 to 1, even 3 to 1, or even 2 to 1.
He will get assaulted too by $ 100 to $150 million of GOP attack ads that he has NEVER seen before.

Secondly, African-Americans will NO LONGER be the 25% to 35% of All voters in the GE.  They will only be 10% of All voters in the GE.

Third, Kerry already proved this in 2004. He was very competitive financially against Bush ( first time in Dem history) & he still lost & was weak even among reagan democrats)

Money cannot & does not buy a GE.

Folks, some of us here will be proven right in November.

Below is my best summary of Bill Schneider's remarks.

"Bill Schneider of CNN said it best.

" Senator Obama will most likely close the gap & may lose by as little as 3%-8% against Clinton in PA. But the Biggest Concern for the Obama campaign are the obvious trends that are happening. Let's not forget that the main reason Obama is closing the gap is because of the all important MONEY advantage. Sen. Obama is outspending Sen. Clinton by 4 to 1 in PA.  This was Sen. Obama's exact formula in TX & OH. He outspent Clinton by 4 to 1 & was able to lose by a much closer margin. The same happened in the Big key states of CA,MA,NJ,  Senator Obama outspend Clinton by 3 to 1 margins. The results showed a much closer race. But just like OH,TX & probably PA, Clinton still carried those states, but at a much lower margin.

But the biggest concern for the Obama camp, assuming he goes on to be the nominee are:

one, In the general election, 2nd place is not good enough. Its a Winner take all system. As already proven in the primary against , Obama can outspend McCain by 2 to 1 or 4 to 1, and he may still have trouble carrying Key battleground electoral rich states like OH,MI,PA,NJ,MA,MO.
He may close the gap but getting 2nd place will mean nothing in November.

two, Obama may be outspending Clinton by 4 to 1 right now. But we can all confidently say that he will NOT be able to outspend the GOP & its independent 527 groups by that margin.

In fact, the GOP has always outspent the Democrats in every Presidential election. Only John Kerry gave came close but he still lost. Obama may break the bank in 2008 against the GOP, but that will not by any means take care of any voter reservations.

In November, Ken Mehlman estimates that a GOP & its 527's will at a minimum have $100 to $150 million ready to spend by the GOP in November. That will be more than enough to "Define & Assault" the opposition. Especially one who is VERY NEW to the political scene. Were most voters don't have a fixed impression on Obama.

Thus, Obama can break records & outspend the GOP by 2 to 1, but money may not enough to buy a GE race."

Three, despite McCain being virtually non-existent in states like PA, OH, NJ, IN, NC,WV  while Obama is pumping in Millions of Powerful Ads every single week, most if not all of these states still show McCain edging or beating Obama'.

This is yet without the expected $ 100-150 million ads that the GOP will unlease."  END  

Personally speaking, We Democrats Will have One Bad dose of Reality come November.

Speaking as a White Male Union member, No Amount of Millions can be spent to BUY or CONVINCE millions of Reagan Democrats who have NO INTENTION of supporting Obama.

Its one thing to not vote for Obama in November, but many Reagan democrats find John McCain & his independence & service to america as acceptable.

I just do not see how Obama can actually win in PA, MI,FL, OH, NJ,MO, even MA. Yes, his millions may make it closer than expected. But that won't win you the Presidency.

Since the Big Super Tuesday, All we heard from Obama & his fans including Doug Wilder was that Obama will carry VA.

Take note that Gov. Kaine, Webb nor Mark Warner NEVER answered that question from reporters directly. Can Obama really win VA ?

VA was suppose to be the ONLY possible state in the ENTIRE south that Obama could win.

But today's poll for VA, shows why MOST Moderate VA democrats NEVER had any illusions that a Democrat could carry VA in the fall.

All the noise of Obama carrying VA among Virginians came from the small but loud liberal activist VA base of the party.

Liberal activists CANNOT seem to comprehend the DISCONNECT between Red Democrats successfully winning Statewide Office in Red states like VA,TN,NC,OK,IN but the same states NEVER winning in Presidential elections.

It is HARD ENOUGH carrying any of these states as it is, now we want to force a Liberal african-american from chicago named Barack Obama to somehow miraciously carry these states ?

This is the BIGGEST disconnect between liberal whites & blacks supporting Obama with REALITY!

Obama's argument that he can win a state like VA is another sign of this pending disaster.

TAKE CLOSE NOTE of Obama's BIGGEST CHEERLEADERS.

Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, & Jesse Jackson.

Three losing Presidential candidates who are STRONGLY DISLIKED by voters outside of the LIBERAL base within the democratic party. Three guys who will HURT Obama in any state that is Purple or Red.

Clinton's team NEVER even entertained the thought of a democrat winning VA in November.

Only Obama, his fans, and Doug Wilder has made that claim.

The bottom line here is Obama will LOSE the entire South. He will lose PA,NJ, OH, MO & MA.

It would be a much worst defeat than even Kerry.

Clinton can EMBRACE, KISS & campaign for Obama 24/7 & NOT ONE of these states would flip to him.

This is the BIGGEST PROBLEM with Obama.

1) He is VERY WEAK in the LARGE Electoral College battleground states such as OH,MO,FL

2) He is VERY WEAK in LARGE Electoral TRADITIONAL BLUE states like NJ,MA,MI,PA

3) He is VERY WEAK in the entire Southern Region

4) He is WEAK among Latinos, Whites & Asians.

Now tell me folks, WILL CLINTON LOVING HIM & HUGGING him change the minds of voters???

There are EXACTLY TWO MINORITY Groups who are PRESSURING everyone to pick Obama. These two groups are his base of loyal supporters.

Its a Loud, minority of people.

WHITE LIBERALS & BLACKS.

The SAME EXACT base that a guy named Mike Dukakis & a man named Walter Mondale had as their base. We all saw how the excitement of those primaries turned into MASSIVE defeats in November.

White Liberals & Blacks are a winning combination in Any Democratic Nomination.

But it is a Disastrous formula for the General Election.

DISASTER in November!

Talk radio, both Leftwing & Rightwing, are starting to discuss the very distinct possibility of Barack Obama having a very bad consecutive straight losing month of April, May & June.

Here is what is being discussed:

1) Never before in modern U.S. primary history for both the Republican or Democratic Party, has a Frontrunner, the presumed Presidential Nominee to be & Standard bearer elect for the Fall elections - have had a bad LOSING LAP instead of the Traditional VICTORY LAP leading to the Convention.

Instead of the momentum of closing out state after state of victories, never has America seen in recent memory a nominee to be who could literally lose 7 or even 8 of the last 9 state primaries of his or her party.

How badly would that affect the General election if the memory of U.S. voters is a candidate who was sweep by his own party in the last 3 months of the primary.?

Its the, " If this person could not convince & close his own people, how can he expect to close the entire american people"

The would be a serious dilemma for Super Delegates whose votes would decide the nominee.

2) What happens in June when one candidate carried 7 of 8, 9 of 11 of the Largest Electoral College states? After all, the GE is based on Electoral College Winner Take All. No more delegate splits. In this case, Hillary Clinton has WON the 7 of the 8 LARGEST ELECTORAL states in the country. Obama only won his home state of Illinois. Furthermore, 4 of the 7 states Clinton has won are all BIG BATTLEGROUND states. PA,NJ,FL & OH. She is considered very competitive in All 4 states. NO DEMOCRAT HAS WON the presidency in the last 30 years without carrying 3 out of the 4 Electoral rich states. All 4 have Large populations of White working class Reagan Democrats.

3) What happens if one candidate is CLEARLY superior, stronger than the other in terms of ALL the Big Electoral Battleground states ? While the other is strong in Small, Non-battleground states that would 100% for Red in the General Election.

4) What happens in June if a clear trend emerges that the LARGEST SWING BLOCK of voters, bigger than Blacks,Latinos, & Asians combined- the White Working Class Reagan democrats show that they have ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of voting for Sen. Barack Obama in the Fall?

5) Will the Super Delegates & its elders, decide to go with a clearly weak nominee in November due to pressure from several factions of the party ?

All these questions will turn into reality particularly if Hillary Clinton wins PA in April, Wins IN,NC,WV,KY in May, and Wins PR & SD in June. No recent polls have come out of OR & MT which are both in a primary set-up. ( not a caucus set-up)

Both Lionel Simmons of Air America & Sean Hannity of Rightwing radio made similar predictions on GE polling.

" If indeed Hillary Clinton sweeps April, May & June, it would be safe to assume that by July/August leading to the Convention, she would lead every single Head to Head General Poll match-up against Barack Obama. She may very well be ahead of John McCain is most head to head match-ups. On the other hand, after 3 months of losses, it would be safe to assume that Barack Obama's poll numbers will be down in both GE match-ups & state to state match-ups with John McCain."

The Big question is, How Will the Super Delegates react to this?

Will they go politically correct so not to offend some in the African-American community & segments of the Liberal base. Knowing very well that the party would most likely go down in defeat in November?

Hard Questions that we will all most likely face in about 90 days.
